After a legal education, supplemented by a Master degree in Human Resources Management and Development, Denis embarked on a career in the bank industry, where he held commercial and management positions with regard to corporate financing activities.
He developed partnerships and transmitted his skills to commercial teams. This approach encouraged him to turn his career towards activities related to training and HR consultancy.
He continued his path within a big industrial car manufacturer where he participated in an important project of Change Management and developed training activities.
He decided to create his own HR consulting organisation in 2005 before joining TAPLOW France in 2010 as an associate member.
Denis is a specialist of RH audit, Change Management and Support for managers. He is also a certified Coach from the International Institute of Coaching in Geneva.
