After a Master degree in Material Engineering from INSA Lyon, Marine has been working for almost 12 years in various positions in an international industrial environment.
She started as a support engineer and technical sales representative. She then moved on to product management positions in the USA and Business Development and team management positions in Asia, Europe and the USA. The skills developed while managing these multidisciplinary and international teams led Marine to lead strategic projects in change management.
Since 2019, Marine is not only a Performance, Engagement and Professional Growth Coach but also accompanies organizations in their Transformation projects.
She puts her professional and personal experience, her optimism and her passion at the service not only of individuals but also of teams and organizations.
