After a degree in Labour law, Jean-Marc held positions as an HR expert within two French groups specialised in the construction and transport industries for 15 years. He started his career with a position in social relations before expanding his skills in HR development (recruitment and training) in a high-growth SME, where he created the Employment and Training Department.
He joined the consulting industry in 1998 by working for a Parisian recruitment firm specialised in commercial positions. He forged bonds with key accounts in the transport industry, with which he still collaborates.
10 years later, he participated in the takeover of Taplow Consulting France with the view of gathering a team of operational experts in order to provide clients with a general offer in HR Consultancy.
